This is computer-controlled contour cutting or profiling machine for the foam industry. There are many cutting machines used in the foam industry, but the contour cutters are the most precise and important to the industry. This cutter can cut the EPS foam into a variety of shapes automatically. The cutter has a stage moving in 3 axis and 1 round table, all of which moves automatically as programmed with the software. The stage has a hot wire or additional wires used to cut the EPS foam into shape.
