Mould filling systemThese pressure vessels have 16 to 24 fast connectors for filling guns. A level sensor controls the material level. The pressure hoppers have volume from 200 to 450 liters. By use of pressurized vacuum hopper, material filling time into mould is reduced. The pressurized filling makes up to even the minute portion of products achieved.   Filling guns and ejectorsThe filling guns have good function to fill preexpanded beads into the mould. The fillingguns have also long performance with good packings and rings.   Control touch panelYSS-VK series use touch screen for operating control panel. Operations can change operation conditions on the touch screen in accordance with molded products.
