EPS EPP shape molding machines (yss ve and yss vk type) have very relaible and high performance.
Quick mould change:
This mould change system offers the following advantages:
- limited idle time of the moulding machine due to mold change operation
- preparation of moulds in the workshop
- economical producition of small series of mouldings
- reduction of stock
- improvement of delivery schedules
- machine down time only 30 to 60
Minutes (dependant on machine type)
Mould filling system:
These pressure vessels can withstand an internal pressure of up to 6 bar and have 16 to 24 fast connectors for filling guns. A level sensor controls the material level. According to demand the machine may have pressure vessels as from 200 up to 400 liters of volume.
Control touch panel:
Yss ve series use touch screen for operating control panel. Operations can change operation conditions on the touch screen in accordance with molded products. All operation conditions are shown on the screen.
